The Warpless category does not allow the use of natural warps and Wrong Warps or Bonus Barrels. However, using Invisible Barrel is allowed as long as it's not used to zip to you through the stage.
After countless hours of vehement arguing, the DKC committee of January 2015 has ruled that the Castle Crush skip is a warp, as it sends you instantly to the top of the stage.
