Notes
- Bear coin count: 38
- This route corresponds to the Optimal video from Kreeping Klasps.
- It is faster to not pick up Kiddy in this stage after damage boosting before halfway, but you can pick up the DK barrel at 0:56 for safety if preferred.
- When using Ellie, you can press R to do the water spitting animation, even if you have no water, to cancel the momentum from being ejected from a barrel.
- To jump on the Rekoil at 1:28, you can use the two bananas as a cue for when to jump.
- Getting past the bees at 1:36 is easier than it seems. Press left when you're above the first bee, and if you land not too close to the second bee, you can hold left to get past it.
- Picking up a DK barrel in Fish Food Frenzy saves frames over picking up the DK barrel at 1:48 with Ellie.
- The keg for the DK coin is barely kept on screen to decrease lag. Be very careful to not let it get off screen, or you risk despawning the keg and having to replay the second half.
Optimal - Solo Dixie first half

- This route corresponds to the Optimal Alternative video from Kreeping Klasps.
- The first bonus is significantly more difficult with Dixie due to her smaller hitbox. By doing an extra barrel shot in the first half you can alternatively go for a relatively consistent 12 on the bonus timer, as the first half is arguably the most difficult.
- You can clear the gap after the first bonus in 2 barrel shots. This is somewhat precise. A potential cue is to hold left until Dixie touches the first banana, then go neutral on the d-pad until Dixie has entered the tracker barrel again. Opting out of this and clearing the gap in 3 shots loses approximately 1 second.
- The second half of this route is identical to that in the Optimal - 2 Kong entry route.
