First of all, the Kremcoin cheat in Pirate Panic is forbidden. That means all 68 bonuses must be completed in order to access all of The Lost World stages.
Besides beating every stages, you must also visit all 4 of the Kong NPCs once.
While not a requisite to obtain 102%, it is commonly agreed upon that all 40 DK Coins should be picked up as well.
