The goal of this category is to get to Krematoa and defeat K. Rool in Knautilus as fast as possible. Use of the WATER code to get 85 bonus coins is allowed. This category is ideally played on the North American version, mainly due to the zips in Criss Kross Cliffs only being possible on this version.
How to get the bonus coins
- Highlighting a file on the title screen, press LRRLRRLRLR and type WATER as a filename. If it worked, you'll hear Dixie cry without the file starting.
- At the start of the game, exit Wrinkly's save cave, move down into the water, swim to the waterfall on the left and press B.
- You will get to play a game of Simon Says, and if you get the combination right, you will get the 85 bonus coins.
