Notes
- Use the side burners to kill Buzzers without slowing down. If you kill Buzzers with the bottom burner of the Rocket you will slow down.
- If you crash into the cliff at high enough speed you will die instantly. Slow down for safety if you need to.
- You can use both the d-pad and the shoulder buttons to steer the rocket.
- It is possible to get past the Buzzers at 0:15 without slowing down. Check more strats for methods to do so.
- Right before starting the ascent you can use the bottom burner to slow down your downward momentum.
- On the ascent it's fine to bonk once. If you bonk twice you may run out of fuel and crash. The corner at 0:59 is surprisingly tough to cut.
METHODS FOR NO SLOWDOWN AT BEE GUARDIANS
Notes
- The first method is less reliable, but safer. Try to find a visual cue on the wall to start moving right at the same time and try to land right between the bees.
- The second method is more reliable, but you are at a bigger risk of crashing into the cliff. This only works with the shoulder buttons because it allows you to press both at the same time. Start holding L to move right and press R to kill the bee while continuing to hold L.
