Optimal
- 0:05: Make sure you release "Y" after rolling through the first kremling and repress after rolling through the second. If you don't you'll take damage on the second kremling. Sometimes as shown above you won't roll through the second Krem, it's pretty much random whether it happens or not.
- 0:10: Do a moonwalk to enable rolling through all three kremlings.
- 0:12: The jump over the rat is really tight, it's not a big time save and top runners regularly bounce on this dude. If you want you can just jump earlier and bounce on the guy instead of risking taking damage.
- At the end of the stage; sometimes your next input will be eaten after dropping off the hook, counteract this by quickly pressing "Y" and then jump.
