If you want to take it really safe in this stage you can swap kongs and follow the 102% route and exclude the bonuses.

If you somehow end up with solo Dixie in this stage it's not much slower, just don't goal swap at the end.
 
 
*0:15 :After bouncing on the clampon, land close to the ledge, then press right + down and you'll slide off the platform. When you've ducked far enough through the water, release down.
