Difficulty: 5/10

Because there are so many possible Jumprolls in this stage, there are many ways this could go down.

Important notes;

  • Initiate all the Jumprolls with "Y" TAPS, because sometimes you could get a double explosion. In which case, pressing and holding "Y" won't work.
  • A Double explosion is when the hit animation is doubled.
  • When you get a double explosion Jumproll, It's important to not re-press "Y" while in mid-air too early. If you do, You'll cancel the Jumproll with a regular roll, drop down, and die. which sucks.

Optimal (First Bird , Single Explosion)

First Entry;

  • Grab the warp, swap kongs as soon as possible after.
  • The jump over the Mankey is rather awkward. It's kind of a medium jump.
  • Swap Kongs
  • Watch the Mankey's animation for a visual que for when to enter the bonus barrel. After you take damage you might have to bounce on the guy depending on how early or late you enter the barrel.

Second Entry;

  • Double Jumproll saves ~58s , Single Jumproll saves ~38s.
  • Successful Jumproll off the first Bird.
