- Bear coins count : 11
- The rope jumps at 0:11 and 0:59 can be difficult. Avoid them if you can't do them consistently.
- The rope jump at 1:18 sets up the monkeys in such a way that you can jump off the rope earlier.
- Do not roll through the final rat before the second bonus. If you have too much speed before you teamthrow to the second bonus, you may fall off the opening in the tree.
- In the banana bonus, try to turn around at the moment they appear. Your hurtbox will be on both sides of the rope at the same time, giving you more space to cover.

- This bear coin loses about 0.6 seconds but can be hard to collect. If you go for the zip, it is recommended to not pick up this bear coin and try the acorn skip instead.

- to be able to skip the monkeys at 0:19, you need to jump on the rope before the camera reaches you and then quickly do a rope jump.

- It is possible to skip the acorns without doing a rope jump, but it requires a very precise offscreen jump onto the rope. Not recommended unless you can get it consistently.
- A second zip can be performed to get to the DK coin quicker. Saves about 0.6 seconds but can fail if Dixie gets hit by an acorn.
