Notes:

  • It is possible to skip the first neckys nut at the top of the rope at :10, to do so you need to do a crawl space zip in the last crawl space before hand, and jump up the ropes. This saves 21 frames.
  • It is also possible to jump into the crawlspace and bounce on the snake at :15, it is a 2 frame window to do so, but saves close to a second.
  • At :39 you are rolling outwards to load the elevators so that when you jump back you can land on them, or else they would be in a bad position.
  • At :46 let go and repress the d-pad for the least amount of time possible, other wise your roll will die as soon as you hit the ground.
  • In the very next section follow the video step by step, we are manipulating the spawn of the last elevator. Saves 2 seconds


(Safe)Super jump method

Notes:

  • For this to be possible you need to grab a dk barrel in a previous stage. Entering a stage with 2 kongs instead of 1 loses 10 frames
  • You MUST get the crawl skip with DK for this to work
  • This superjump is risky. If you release B too early you softlock. Better to hold it longer and waste time than reset.
