Notes:
- Necky has the least amount of RNG out of all the boss fights, so yay you
- Unlike the SNES version, you can't hit Necky immediately after he tries to nut on you - instead you have to wait for him to stop blinking after he nuts before he becomes vulnerable. He's invulnerable for the same amount of time after each nut he shoots though.
- Staying on the tire ensures you will be able to hit Necky as soon as possible
