Notes
- The 2nd half of the video shows an unrelated Low% strategy.
- Rambi Double Jump
- The first jump with Rambi is really tight.
- Use the slope to clash the beetle against itself, in order to set up the ID with the balloon. This is done by repressing Y while sliding down the slope.
- You will fall off if you are holding right while throwing the invisible barrel when on the balloon.
- At the very end, if you jump too high, you will get a Dixie fanfare attempting the last hover.
Move Your Signpost™️ - Basic RTA Route
- The first jump with rambi is really tight.
- After the double jump; grabbing the second banana is a safe and fast visual cue for when to jump.
Move Your Signpost™️
- Dismount Rambi before going past the signpost. If you're insecure about the timing you can always do a safety glide to position yourself.
- Beetle clash against the slope to get the invis. Sometimes the beetle survives and runs away, that doesn't matter a whole lot (see backup below).
- Jump up to the platform and position yourself right in the little dent in the ground. Your positioning here is really the only precise part of the trick.
- Stand still, press DOWN and release Y, bingo.
Nice
- position yourself farthest right on the last balloon and count 3 charges.
- At the end; Double jump and dismount Rambi, make sure you touch the ground before jumping on the goal to avoid the fanfare
Backup Strat
It might work, most of the time.
