Some Safer Variations here and there

  • This stage will get you used to rope climbing. Take your time and get the right rhythm to the climbing and all the respective parts in this stage.
  • Make sure you check out the any% page for a proper explanation of the start of the level, you do want to start with Diddy though.
  • Do not goal swap in Rattle Battle.
  • 0:39 You want to delay the climb here a little bit as to not take damage on the Zingers. Or you can hold "DOWN" instead of "UP" while climbing, delaying is safer though.
  • 0:46 You need to jump a bit earlier than expected to not just backboost off the Klobber here.
  • Team Throw Super Jump

Optimal

  • at EVERYWHERE: Take your time and practice the climbing parts thoroughly to get the proper timing, a slip up isn't very easily remedied on the ropes so take it slow at first and get the hang of all the parts.
