Safe (No Jumproll)

Notes:

  • This route is the slowest, as it has no jumprolls. To do this level faster, learn one of the jumprolls below.


More Strats (Cool Extendo)

Notes:

  • A cool extended roll to go for if you are not using any jumprolls! This is the hardest extended roll in the game.


Optimal (Bird TuT)

Notes:

  • This is 12 seconds slower then Krem TuT
  • It is recommended to not go for Krem Tut and to just go for bird tut until you have a good knowledge of the game, and around a low 35. Going up against a personal best with jumprolls suck, so try to delay it as long as you can and work on your movement and platforming instead. It is possible to get a low 34 without any jumprolls. Eventually it will be a requirement to nail one of these tricks, most real-time (RTA) runs die in this stage.

Bird TuT Alternative

  • This setup if done properly yields the correct height needed to make it over the bees consistently with a lenient window
  • If you die to the barrel, you started the jumproll set-up too late!

Notes:

  • This video only shows the bonus at the start of the stage which you re-enter to get
  • Holding right and mashing face buttons after beating the stage the first time will skip the animation of being taken to 6-2 and you will re-enter the stage immediately
  • For jumproll setups and tutorials look in the all stages section
  • Bonus skip is off screen but definitely worth going for, its a long bonus
